Step four:  An image of the final product will be e-mailed for approval.

Step five:  Once purchase is confirmed, an invoice will be sent for payment via Paypal.

 

​Shipping on all standard deliveries to the 48 contiguous states is free. An additional charge of $75 to $150 will apply for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Once payment is received, your order will be processed. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
